Here's everything you need to know about the loyalty program.

How does our loyalty program work?

Earn points for activities like referrals and purchases, and use them for discounts on future purchases. The more points you collect, the more you save.

Who can join?

Anyone can join: simply sign up now for free. All existing account holders are automatically enrolled.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points every time you shop (1 point = 1€) and on a variety of activities. To see all the ways you can earn points, check the Earn Points section on this page.

How do I redeem my points?

Once you’re logged into your account, go to the “Rewards” section of the Team Member Area page. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for rewards.

Do points expire?

Yes, unused points will expire after 12 months.

What do different point statuses mean?
  • Approved: Ready to use for rewards.
  • Pending: Your points are awaiting verification. Typical for recent purchases and referrals.
  • Cancelled: Not added to your account, for example when a purchase is cancelled.
What's the difference between the Rewards I can purchase and the Tier benefits?

The tier benefits will be sent to you automatically via email the moment you access a new tier. For instance, you will receive your unique Free Ship code via email as soon as you access the DESIGNER tuer.

The rewards are evergreen benefits you can purchase through your points.

If I spend points to purchase rewards, will I drop down a tier?

No, once you reach a tier, you can never go back. You can only go up: we will count your total points regardless of how many you have spent.

I have enough points to move up to the next tier, but I'm still in the same tier.

Points earned through activities in the members area (such as subscribing to the newsletter or following our TikTok account) allow you to acquire points to spend on rewards, but do not count towards your tier.

Can vouchers be combined?

No, they can only be used one at a time.

I logged in, but my points are 0. Why?

There are 3 main reasons:

  • You never placed an order on our website;
  • Points that are not used within 12 months will be reset;
  • If you're an non-italian customer and you placed an order within 12 months, you need to create your account on the EU site in order to keep your retroactive points. After this date, we’ll assign points only to accounts that have been created.
In my tier, there are benefits that I don't know how to redeem.

Some benefits (e.g. "design 2 items with us", "Workshop and Q&A session", Attend 545 events", etc) are via invitation. You'll receive an email from our team whenever the event will take place.

I'm an non-italian customer. In the past, I bought on the Italian site (IT) but not on the EU site: what should I do?

If you purchased only on the IT site, you’ll receive a dedicated email with instructions tomorrow on how to proceed.

You have until October 31st to create an account on the EU site and keep any points earned in the last 12 months. After this date, we’ll assign retroactive points only to accounts that have been created.

What happens if I return or get a refund on an order?

If an order is refunded or returned and the refund is processed, any points earned from that order will be removed from your balance.

Can I merge two accounts or transfer points between different emails?

No, it's not possible. We recommend signing up with the same email you used for purchases so points can be matched automatically.
