Earn points for activities like referrals and purchases, and use them for discounts on future purchases. The more points you collect, the more you save.
Anyone can join: simply sign up now for free. All existing account holders are automatically enrolled.
You can earn points every time you shop (1 point = 1€) and on a variety of activities. To see all the ways you can earn points, check the Earn Points section on this page.
Once you’re logged into your account, go to the “Rewards” section of the Team Member Area page. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for rewards.
Yes, unused points will expire after 12 months.
The tier benefits will be sent to you automatically via email the moment you access a new tier. For instance, you will receive your unique Free Ship code via email as soon as you access the DESIGNER tuer.
The rewards are evergreen benefits you can purchase through your points.
No, once you reach a tier, you can never go back. You can only go up: we will count your total points regardless of how many you have spent.
Points earned through activities in the members area (such as subscribing to the newsletter or following our TikTok account) allow you to acquire points to spend on rewards, but do not count towards your tier.
No, they can only be used one at a time.
There are 3 main reasons:
Some benefits (e.g. "design 2 items with us", "Workshop and Q&A session", Attend 545 events", etc) are via invitation. You'll receive an email from our team whenever the event will take place.
If you purchased only on the IT site, you’ll receive a dedicated email with instructions tomorrow on how to proceed.
You have until October 31st to create an account on the EU site and keep any points earned in the last 12 months. After this date, we’ll assign retroactive points only to accounts that have been created.
If an order is refunded or returned and the refund is processed, any points earned from that order will be removed from your balance.
No, it's not possible. We recommend signing up with the same email you used for purchases so points can be matched automatically.
